Professionally, David has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Five Star Professional for eleven consecutive years! Fewer than thirty agents on the Front Range have such an active streak. He’s also proud of his early days in real estate, building a referral-based business from scratch by just putting his nose down and serving every client to the best of his ability. He has staged properties with furniture out of his own home, washed windows, climbed up on roofs, raked leaves and mowed lawns. One time, he even wrangled multiple rattlesnakes out of the overgrown back yard of a listing. WIT!

David is inspired in life by his late father as well as his grandfather. They were both God-fearing men of integrity who consistently exemplified service, hard work and humility. Embracing that legacy, David deeply cares about everyone who crosses his path, and truly wants to leave people better than he found them. He takes great joy in seeing the growth of his clients’ families and their financial fortunes, through the power of home ownership.

A 5th generation Coloradan, David enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and traveling. Closer to home, he partakes in home improvement projects, studying history and genealogy, following local professional sports, and discovering interesting restaurants with valued friends. If David had a theme song, it would be Frank Sinatra’s “Come Fly With Me,” as he’s all about the adventure!
